Restoring strength,
finding hope, growing wisdom.

Our Therapeutic Approach

At Restoration Counseling Services, we believe the best approach is to meet each client where they are. For some, that means using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or exposure response prevention (ERP) . For another, it may be acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) operating within a Christian/ Biblical framework. There are many research driven therapeutic approaches and each client has unique needs. Therefore, we tailor their treatment accordingly. We provide both secular counseling and Christian counseling.

If you’re worried, hurting, angry, overwhelmed or depressed. Or if life just doesn't seem to be going the way you expected... there is hope! You can overcome and I would love to heIp! I look forward to connecting with and supporting you. Together, we can facilitate great healing and growth.

To determine your out-of-network benefits, call the customer service / mental health number on the back of your insurance card. Ask what the reimbursement rate is for an out-of-network provider licensed professional counselor and how to submit claims for reimbursement.

Some insurance companies allow Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to be used for mental health. Please review your specific program for eligibility.

We accept all credit cards, HSA cards (if applicable), check and exact cash amount.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers must notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.”
