What is anxiety?
Have you ever felt like your head is spinning, or you thoughts cannot slow down? That could be anxiety. Have you ever been impatient or snappy with people you care about because you're too overwhelmed? That could be anxiety. Have you ever felt out of character exhaustion just from your daily life? That could be anxiety. Anxiety comes in many forms. Some of them are so sneaky, that we do not even realize that what we are experiencing is actually anxiety. Anxiety is usually based out of fear. Perhaps a fear of not being good enough, a fear of being rejected or unloved, or a fear of not knowing your place in this world.
